Middle School Newsletter 9.5.2023
Dearest PCS Families,
As we enter this journey together, we are thrilled to introduce this year's focus that will guide us in our educational pursuits: "Curiosity Paves the Way... Growing Together, Learning Forever."
We believe that curiosity is the key that unlocks the doors of knowledge and understanding. It's that innate desire to explore, question, and learn that propels us forward in our pursuit of excellence. This year, we are committed to fostering and celebrating curiosity in our students, nurturing their natural inclination to wonder and inquire about the world around them.
Curiosity Sparks Growth:
As parents and educators, we understand the importance of creating an environment where curiosity is not only encouraged but celebrated. When our students are curious, they are motivated to seek answers, overcome challenges, and engage in meaningful experiences. This year, we are dedicated to designing activities and lessons that ignite their curiosity, allowing them to learn through exploration and discovery.
A Community of Lifelong Learners:
We firmly believe that curiosity knows no bounds and that learning is a lifelong journey. As a school community, we are all learners β students, parents, teachers, and staff alike. Together, we will explore new ideas, share insights, and embark on a continuous journey of growth. By fostering a culture of curiosity, we inspire each other to keep pushing the boundaries of our knowledge.
Partnership for Success:
Parent involvement is crucial in nurturing a culture of curiosity. We encourage you to engage with your child's learning journey by asking questions, encouraging exploration, and showing enthusiasm for their discoveries. As partners, we can support each other in creating an environment where curiosity thrives.
We are excited to set on this journey of curiosity, growth, and lifelong learning together.
Please donβt hesitate to reach out with any concerns or questions you have...there is no concern that is too small.
Kindly,
Kim
